Garbage collection twice per week: please put your garabe bag outside between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. on both Mondays and Thursdays. Please refrain from putting garbage outside beyond these timeslots!

Contracts include an administrative fee plus a two months' deposit that will be returned upon completion of the tenancy after deducting user costs, such as gas, electricity, water & local taxes.

The property has a professional fire alarm system, connecting all 6 apartments; Hence, any fire / smoke detected in any one apartment, will immediately generate alarms in all 6 apartments.

Access to your apartment is via a digital code that may be set according to your preference; Furthermore, the building has CCTV cameras to monitor visitors for your safety.

Each apartment has its own network; WiFi available throughout the building.  Also, all apartments have a landline connection to allow wired access to the internet;
